Cemetery – Park – Garden Intervals at Marathon Pace

After a 1 mile warm-up, I ran 2 miles at Marathon Pace with a half mile recovery. Successfully done without too much effort, I’d like to be able to relax overall a bit more. I can end up too driven by externalities that I forget to just relax and run from within. I suppose that’s what training is for – getting to point of being able to not think about what I’m doing and just run.
